Grant starts against the All Blacks
Grant Williams has been promoted to start, while Aphelele Fassi (who played really well apart from one poor clearance kick) drops out of the squad and is replaced by Willie le Roux. Handre Pollard starts the game at 10 with Sacha dropping to the bench. Lukhanyo Am joins Jaden Hendrikse on the bench. The Boks will have no lock cover on the bench with PSDT covering from the blind side.
The Boks started poorly against the All Blacks with handling errors being exploited well. Additionally the Bok defense struggled when the All Blacks managed to take the ball wide quickly. The lineout malfunctioned when Marx came on. They did show great grit to come back at the end of the second half though.
This should be another humdinger of a match. Should the Boks (14 log points) manage to pull off another win they will have at least a 11 log point lead over the All Blacks (6 log points) and the trophy will be theirs.
