De Allende back for Scots

De Allende back for Scots

Canan Moodie and Jean Kleyn were not selected for the Boks’ crucial first WC game on Sunday due to niggles. Rienaber has reverted to De Allende at inside centre, Cheslin Kolbe switches 11 and Jasper Wiese starts at 8. Clearly the plan is to have the old heads of Duane Vermeulen and Willie le Roux on the bench to help close the game out.

IMO adding Andre (for Ellendig) and Kwagga (for van Staden) to this team will make it the best Bok team available.

This is a must-win game for both the Boks and the Scots as the loser will have a tougher path to qualify for the quarter finals. The Bok pack is monstrous but the Scots have some SA beef as well plus Pieter de Villiers as scrum coach. The only worry I have is that the usual Bok complacency creeps in after demolishing the All Blacks. If the Boks allow the Scots to get some momentum they have a number pf danger men in that back line that can cause us problems.
