Andrews in for Etzebeth in France
Neil Powell had to make to 3 injury enforced changes to the team that will feature against Toulouse in the Quarter Final. Hyron Andrews starts at no 4 lock while Grant Williams moves up from the bench. Jeandre Labuschagne will feature from the bench.
The Sharks will face a team with a number of players starting in the French test team, but they will have to shut down the axis of Du Pont (probably the most influential rugby player in the world), Ntamack and Ramos.
The Sharks with Etzebeth and Hendrikse available would have been under-dogs for this game. Facing Toulouse at home with a baying hostile French crowd egging them on will probably be the toughest assignment the Sharks face this season. However I am still really looking forward to this game – I do hope the Sharks go out there and give it their all. Rugby is sometimes as unpredictable as the bounce of the oval ball – you never know what can happen.
Defense out wide was still a concern against Munster. Loosing Eben will weaken the scrum – so the coordination of all 8 players will be vital against a scrum that includes the full French front row.
