Strong Sharks side to face Bordeaux
The Cell C Sharks to face Bordeaux Bègles on Saturday is probably the strongest side they could have selected from the available players.
There’s only 3 changes to the starting 15 that demolished the Vodacom Bulls, with Vincent Tshituka replacing Henco Venter, Jaden Hendrikse replacing Grant Williams (both not included in the match 23) and Ben Tapuai replacing Rohan Janse van Rensburg who shifts to the bench.
Players and supporters will be wise to not underestimate Bordeaux just because they seem to be struggling in the Heineken Champions Cup. Although they come to Durban under pressure to perform and to get a good result, they’re third overall in the French Top 14 and will surely take confidence from their performances in the Top 14.
Saturday’s game kicks off at 17h15, and for once, I will be able to watch the game without generator assistance, as Middle Earth is not on the loadshedding schedule for game time!
