Sharks name strong team for the Lions

Sean Everitt has named a strong team for the first URC game of 2022 – yet he still has Siya Kolisi, Bongi Mbonambi, Sikhumbuzo Notshe and Dylan Richardson available to strengthen the pack. Curwin Bosch is also still out injured.

I am really looking forward to seeing Ben Tapuai and Lukhanyo Am partnering in midfield.

The Sharks will be rusty (e.g. neither Grant Williams nor Jaden Hendrikse) have not played any rugby in the past couple of months. Hopefully the team can show us some glimpses of what they are capable of.
